We empower the next generation of Sub-Saharan African students & graduates to succeed in their careers. Traditional internships and apprenticeships are limited in Sub-Saharan Africa. Most companies only hire the best students, leaving the rest unable to gain hands-on experience in real-world tech environments. Additionally, many tech students and graduates in Sub-Saharan Africa lack practical experience. In fact, we surveyed over 100 students in Namibia who cited a lack of practical experience and quality internships as their main pain points. That's why we created a platform that enables students and graduates to apply their theoretical knowledge in simulated work environments.
