Vadrevu is no stranger to challenges. His first company, which helped college students find jobs, was a public failure. However, he gained valuable lessons from the experience. "I learned how to build a company, and most importantly, a kickass team," he shares. This experience inspired him to start his next company, Kalendar AI, which focuses on remote work and talent acquisition. Remote employment, according to Vadrevu, is the future of work, and the epidemic just expedited this tendency. "Even now, I haven't met all of my Kalendar AI team members in person, yet the full team has been working for us for over a year," he says. Looking to the future, Vadrevu sees AI as having a massive influence on the enterprise. "Currently, the world of AI is in the large language models, but it doesn’t take too much time to get to the large video models," he concludes. Kalendar AI is preparing for this future today.
