Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most transformative technologies of our time, and it is poised to reshape the workplace. Ravi Vadrevu, the creator of Kalendar AI and a serial entrepreneur in AI, is at the vanguard of this movement.

In this article, we explore the impact of AI on job security and argue that while it won't necessarily affect workers' pay, it may replace some jobs altogether.

Vadrevu believes that the effect AI will have on the world will be 10–20 times greater than what social media has done in the last 15 years. "AI is going to happen in the next five years," he says.

While big companies like Microsoft and Google are pivoting their strategies to go AI first, Vadrevu has a non-incumbent viewpoint on how entrepreneurs could take advantage of this massive wave without worrying about the competition.

According to Vadrevu, AI is not coming for workers' pay, but it is coming for their jobs. "AI will replace some jobs, but it will also create new ones," he says. "The key is to be adaptable and to have the skills necessary to succeed in the new economy."

Vadrevu emphasizes that education and training are critical to success in the age of AI.

At Kalendar AI, Vadrevu's company is using AI to help companies book revenue on autopilot. "Our AI technology touches hundreds of thousands of people every day to make professional meetings happen without human intervention," he adds.

The company has raised $3.2 million in venture capital and has received 4.5+ star reviews on G2. They have also been featured on TechCrunch and named one of the top 100 companies to look for in 2022.

Vadrevu is no stranger to challenges. His first company, which helped college students find jobs, was a public failure. However, he gained valuable lessons from the experience. "I learned how to build a company, and most importantly, a kickass team," he shares.

This experience inspired him to start his next company, Kalendar AI, which focuses on remote work and talent acquisition.

Remote employment, according to Vadrevu, is the future of work, and the epidemic just expedited this tendency. "Even now, I haven't met all of my Kalendar AI team members in person, yet the full team has been working for us for over a year," he says.

Looking to the future, Vadrevu sees AI as having a massive influence on the enterprise. "Currently, the world of AI is in the large language models, but it doesn’t take too much time to get to the large video models," he concludes. Kalendar AI is preparing for this future today.

AI is coming for workers' jobs, but it is also creating new ones. The key to success in the age of AI is education, training, and adaptability.

Kalendar AI's founder and serial AI entrepreneur, Ravi Vadrevu, is at the front of this movement, with his company automating the revenue-booking process for businesses.

While AI may displace some occupations, remote work, and talent acquisition are the future of employment, and Kalendar AI is already prepared for it.
