Too Long; Didn't Read

Web 2.5, HackerNoon’s original documentary, is now available for streaming. This documentary, filmed in December of 2022, just a month into crypto's worst year yet, is like a capsule in time. It addresses the problems of web3, while being cautiously optimistic about its future. Watch it now!

Happy New Year, Hackers 🎆

In case you haven't heard already....

Web 2.5, HackerNoon’s original documentary, is now available for streaming!!!!

2 and a half Reasons (get it?) You should Watch Web 2.5

One. Nostalgia: the film is structured in a way that brings you back to a simpler time. We are talking dial up internet, tiny screens with little knobs you have to turn to find the right channel, and cringy usernames! You either know exactly what we talk about, or will learn some "ancient" history of the internet that apparently is cool now with kids these days. Right?!?

Two. WTF is web3, anyway? In a recent HackerNoon poll with over 200 votes, the sentiment about web3 seems split between the diehard crypto fans, and the never again crowd. This documentary, filmed in December of 2022, just a month into crypto's worst year yet, is like a capsule in time. It addresses the problems of web3, while being cautiously optimistic about its future. No spoilers here though, so you'd have to watch it to learn how we REALLY feel about it all.

and, lastly.....

2.5. It's a mokumentary! We hope that it's clear. If it's not... well, you learn it here first 😂😂😂. Life is too short to take ourselves too seriously!
