These are big ideas and need big collaboration. Let’s be real, governments suck at handling money. The U.S. is dropping $600 billion a year on suspect payments—GAO said so in 2023. Africa’s losing $50 billion to crooks, per the UN same year. Trillions evaporate into worldwide vortices of corruption, then get laundered into nice real estate. Canada’s $1B “green slush fund” currently has no traceable audit. The money is gone, and nobody in Ottawa knows where it went. Imagine what that could’ve built—hospitals, bridges, whatever. Musk’s DOGE Governance could flip that. It’s this mashup of Dogecoin, Stellar (XLM), Shibarium, and some AI antiseptic fraud-fighting applications, chopping $600 billion off the waste pile every year—$12 trillion by 2045 if we start in 2026. It’s got seven steps: allocating funds, dishing out cash, running programs, keeping an eye on compliance, tweaking as we go, reporting it, and auditing, all with the judicial use of blockchain and AI, and mitigating human frailty. That juices up X Payments Custody, locking in $1.8 trillion to mess with finance in a good way. I’ve drafted a whitepaper to weave this vision—Reimagining Global Wealth Through X Payments—claiming $820 billion could hit X Payments, dragging 850 million unbanked folks into the game, with another simulation based on some cool social science. Starlink’s covering the earth and no waste is out of reach with this vision. Trust might actually be worthy currency again. The problem is a vast systemic kleptocracy. XLM handles $1 trillion in allocations, DOGE pushes $4 trillion fast, Shibarium hacks $600 billion waste down to $200 billion in execution, and AI night patrols for fraud across the rest—trust makes a comeback.
