Out With Javascript, In With Typescript - The New Favorite Language

A new report by CircleCI claims Typescript has surpassed Javascript to become the world’s favourite language. The report gives data for 3 years 2019, 2020 and 2022. Javascript remained in the top position for 2019 and 2020, but was replaced by Typesript in 2022. Typescript is an open-source programming language created by Microsoft and was released on 1st October 2012. Java was released during the same year as Java in 1995 as Javascript is a scripting language. Javascript's fall was that developers couldn't find it useful for writing server side applications.
