This tutorial assumes knowledge of React state and lifecycle concepts. We’ll assume you have used React before and are familiar with creating components and state management. With React hooks, you can hook into your functional components state and logic that would earlier be spread across lifecycle methods. Hooks inject state to inject state into functional components in React. This state will be preserved across re-renders of the component. Hook Hooks are the most common hook in React development that we can use in this tutorial. We'll be using create-react-app to reduce boilerplate code.
