In a conversation with World Economic Forum (WEF) founder Klaus Schwab, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella contradicts his chief economist about waiting to address unintended consequences of new technologies. At the WEF annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland, Schwab asked Nadella what rebuilding trust meant to him in the context of the tech industry.
