Product Flow, Actionable value-based indicators, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship Funnel, Customer Lifetime Value are all different. Product flow, customer satisfaction and customer lifetime value are different types of metrics used in a broader sense. Product manager: "If you can't measure it, you can’t improve it.” Product Flow is a leading indicator of long-term retention. Customer satisfaction is a key indicator of customer satisfaction. It all depends on your industry, type of product, stage and product maturity.
