Stream processing is an approach to software development that views events as an application's primary input or output. In this blog post, we will build an event streaming application using Apache Kafka, the.NET producer and consumer clients, and the Task Parallel Library (TPL) from Microsoft. The Kafka client and TPL take care of most of the heavy lifting; you only need to focus on your business logic.
