Too Long; Didn't Read

Eric Pulier's premise after witnessing the first visual NFT, *Quantum*, produced in 2014, was to create "non-boring Bitcoins”* that were uniquely distinguishable from one another. His premise was to enable dynamic, on-chain assets with stunning graphics and audio to interact with users across augmented reality and virtual spaces. He proposed that such a system would fundamentally alter marketing, advertising, and loyalty operations, consequently diverting the perspective of human engagement from “annoyance,* which aptly describes most advertising, to “value."
