Too Long; Didn't Read

There is so much to learn about coding and building a career in the technology industry can be overwhelming. Most people have to find a mentor themselves, however, most people don't know how to do it. The first place to look for a mentor is within your circle of people you already know. Identify people who are good at teaching and are always keen to share knowledge. Find a mentor within your current company or in an open-source community where you are passionate about making contributions to the project.
