Too Long; Didn't Read

The 99% Accurate Machine Learning Algorithms You Shouldn't Buy should have over 90% accuracy. This article will show that a high score can hide poor business performance. To judge a machine learning algorithm, you need to check at least four metrics : The true positive rate: Defects detected. The true negative rate: No defect and not detected. If an algorithm detects well the 6000 defects of our database it has a 100% true positive rates. If it misses 600 defects, it has 90% true positives rate. If no defects are on this turbine, a 99% precise algorithm will still detect 1500 images.
