Too Long; Didn't Read

Full homomorphic encryption (FHE) was originally achieved in 2009. Homomorphic encryption enables operations to be performed on encrypted values such that the decrypted results produces the result of the operations as though they were performed on the original unencrypted values. This enables third-parties to compute on encrypted data and provide the results without having any knowledge of the original value.
