We are excited about the trend towards increased automation and data analytics in the debt collection industry. These technologies can streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provide valuable insights into debtor behavior. 2023 had been another crazy year, especially in tech, with layoffs and the Generative AI takeover! Which trend are you most concerned about? Be as brief or as detailed as you like. We are concerned about the potential impact of Generative AI on the debt collection industry. While AI can enhance certain aspects of our work, it's crucial to ensure that it is used ethically and responsibly to protect the rights of both creditors and debtors. Share your biggest success so far and/or your biggest failure so far. Our biggest success was recovering a significant debt for a small business that was facing financial hardship. The recovery allowed the business to continue operating and avoid bankruptcy.
