If you weren’t building your startup, what would you be doing?
If I were not building Debt Hunter, I would be pursuing a career in the legal profession. My passion for justice and protecting the rights of others would drive me in these fields.
At the moment, how do you measure success? What are your core metrics?
We measure our success by our recovery rate, client satisfaction, and the impact we have on the business environment in Hong Kong. Our core metrics include the percentage of debts collected, the number of satisfied clients, and the reduction in commercial disputes arising from payment delays and quality issues.

Which trend(s) are you most excited about in 2024? Share your reasons.
We are excited about the trend towards increased automation and data analytics in the debt collection industry. These technologies can streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provide valuable insights into debtor behavior.
2023 had been another crazy year, especially in tech, with layoffs and the Generative AI takeover! Which trend are you most concerned about? Be as brief or as detailed as you like.
We are concerned about the potential impact of Generative AI on the debt collection industry. While AI can enhance certain aspects of our work, it's crucial to ensure that it is used ethically and responsibly to protect the rights of both creditors and debtors.
Share your biggest success so far and/or your biggest failure so far.
Our biggest success was recovering a significant debt for a small business that was facing financial hardship. The recovery allowed the business to continue operating and avoid bankruptcy. Our biggest failure was an unsuccessful attempt to collect a debt from a debtor who had intentionally concealed their assets.
