I bought a <a href="https://medium.com/@lenovo" data-anchor-type="2" data-user-id="33660787f241" data-action-value="33660787f241" data-action="show-user-card" data-action-type="hover" target="_blank">Lenovo</a> <strong>Thinkpad</strong> with a <strong>Next Business Day Response</strong> warranty upgrade. The laptop I received was faulty. <strong>After 100 days, 51 mails and 27 calls, I still don’t have a working laptop</strong>. This is a story of <em>unbelievable disorganization</em>, <em>amateurish support</em> and <em>endless customer struggle</em> with the <a href="https://www.forbes.com/sites/jnylander/2016/03/20/how-lenovo-became-the-largest-pc-maker-in-the-world" target="_blank">largest PC maker</a> in the world.
