Too Long; Didn't Read

After discovering the amazing power of convolutional neural networks for image recognition in part five of this series, I decided to dive head first into Natural language Processing or NLP. The dominant force behind NLP are Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), in particular Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) RNNs. NNs are very specific to the problem they’re trying to solve. The current state of the art focuses on “narrow AI” with each neural net doing some things well and other things really badly.
