HackerNoon Reporter: Please tell us briefly about your background.

An innovative, dynamic, and highly energetic officer with a proven ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. A lot of experience in investing and the financial industry. Proficient in business infrastructures and industry regulations.

My knowledge in traditional markets is accompanied by blockchain and cryptocurrencies experience, gained as an advisor for a number of innovative projects. In 2018 we launched Kyrrex, a crypto-fiat ecosystem that has become a wide set of products and services. Kyrrex ecosystem is based in Malta that operates worldwide, and has an average 24-hour trading volume of about $30 million.

I believe that cryptocurrency has become a global phenomenon in recent years, although much is still to be learned about this evolving technology. A regulated and safe crypto market will find its mapping in the framework of Kyrrex products.

I`m responsible for the company’s ongoing efforts into emerging markets both domestically and internationally as well as its advanced consumer identity protection and fraud security groups.

What's your startup called? And in a sentence or two, what does it do?

Kyrrex is a crypto-fiat ecosystem founded in 2018. It is a set of products and services necessary for daily work with digital assets. The main product is Kyrrex Crypto Exchange, where various cryptocurrency transactions are performed. Kyrrex is bridging the gap between the banking sector and the cryptocurrency markets by offering products and services relevant to a broad range of individuals and entities.

Global accessibility combined with the reliability of traditional banking reflects the platform’s versatility and novelty on a global scale. To recall — on the 25th of October, Kyrrex has announced the launch of the presale round for its KRRX Token with a broad use across features and services and exclusive benefits to the holders.

What is the origin story?

Kyrrex was founded in 2018 by me and my colleague Mykhail Romanenko. The main mission of the project is the creation of a global system of financial products without geographical, legal, and time boundaries, accessible from everywhere, by anyone.

Today Kyrrex is the world's first global digital bank, disrupting the traditional financial world and connecting it with online finance and cryptocurrency trading. It is easier than ever to exchange fiat currencies against digital assets and vice versa only through a single platform.

What do you love about your team, and why are you the ones to solve this problem?

We believe that our people form the core of our success. Our team consists of smart, creative, and enthusiastic people: developers, designers, marketing specialists working on our products and striving for excellence in everything they do.

Kyrrex is always open to talented people who are truly passionate about their job and the IT industry. We believe that cryptocurrencies and blockchain can revolutionize financial markets and our day-to-day life. Our goal is to unleash the potential and make available the usage of cryptocurrencies for hundreds of millions of people.

At the moment, how do you measure success? What are your core metrics?

This year we received a Class 4 virtual Finance asset (VFA) Licence from the Malta Financial service authority (MFA), the highest of its kind. This is a pivotal time for us, and hopefully, now Kyrrex will become a leader in helping bridge the gap between the traditional financial world and the digital one.

Under the Class 4 VFA License, Kyrrex under the Real Exchange (REX), LTD provides its VFA services to experienced and novice investors in full compliance with the EU regulations. It includes VFA exchange management, ownership of account transactions, custody, and control of clients’ assets.

For us, the Class 4 VFA License is the result of many years of hard work and sacrifice in the field of digital assets. In the last five years, the company has worked hard to build its infrastructure, hardware, and software. We showed the authority that Kyrrex can handle the highest level of strict requirements and long-term commitments requested.

Moreover, the license helps us to reach one of the main targets in our road map to success — to allow Investors and traders to be convinced that their funds are under protection and that all transactions are absolutely legal. The license will open up opportunities such as online banking, tokenization platform, and margin trading in the future.

What drew you to get published on HackerNoon? What do you like most about our platform?

For me, HackerNoon is one of the best tech publishing platforms that I’ve ever come across. It has a simple and witty interface; it’s easy for content.

Besides, HackerNoon allows the writers to express their views. Read by millions of technologists every month; it highlights the best achievements in thousands of technology niches.

What advice would you give to the 21-year-old version of yourself?

I would tell myself to concentrate on my goals, career, and education. To put everything in perspective and not be quick in making life-altering decisions. To do what I am passionate about, the money will come. To slow down and make a career and life path as a marathon, not a sprint. It is never too late to learn, grow, inspire others and reach new heights. Sometimes just taking a moment to travel down memory lane and remember your path to who you are today is a trip worth taking.
