Too Long; Didn't Read

A daily standup is a 15-minute meeting for a team to talk about the current project. It lasts for 15 minutes and involves each person in the room answering the following questions: "What did I complete yesterday that contributed to the team? What do I plan to complete today to contribute?" "What impediments do I see that prevent me or the team from achieving its goals?" "Walk the Board" is the name of the board that shows the status of every item on the board shows the team working on the project.
