Ionized Hydrogen Structure Local arm Hα data from the WHAM survey is shown in Figure 11, where the tadpole feature does not coincide with any region of bright Hα emission. We searched the rest of the channels in the data cube and found no correspondences. The regions bright in Hα emission that are seen in Figure 11 are from documented features, namely the three H II regions W3, W4, and W5 near 134◦ ≲ ℓ ≲ 142◦ and b ≈ +1◦.
