Too Long; Didn't Read

Zero-shot learning is a relatively new technique in machine learning that’s already having a major impact. It has primarily gained ground in fields such as image classification and object detection and for natural language processing. Many other use cases are emerging with applications across almost every industry and field, including customer support and sales. The ability to pick out the right meaning from a broad spectrum in real-time means zero-shot Learning is transforming the art of conversation. In these scenarios, humans, assisted by AI, are coached to respond better to information that the customer is providing, to close deals faster, and deliver higher customer satisfaction.
