Too Long; Didn't Read

Using a GPT-2 model to play chess, Intersog demonstrates how to play Chess with smart algorithms. The model is clear evidence of its ability to recognize known patterns within the game. The code you’ll see in the steps below is inspired by Professor Blank’s Programming a Chess Player and trained on Presser’s Cryochess – GPT -2 1.5B chess engine. We decided to take it a step further by training the model on the current board state rather than PGN sequences.
