CSS Transition is a CSS Property meant to provide a way to control animations' timing and smoothness. The property is meant to control animation timing and animation timing. CSS Transition Properties can be used to make animations smoother on the page. The result will look like a simple div with a red background color and a light blue border. It can also rotate the background and the border when we hover on the div. We simply add transition: 450ms; (450ms means 450 milliseconds) to the div selector. The rest of the animation will also automatically rotate the div in 450ms.
