Say what you want, but Netflix nailed it when it comes to company culture. They have developed and live by their actual company values, not just lip service. This is reinforced by who gets hired, rewarded, promoted, or let go.

The companies that have taken the time to truely understand their values, write them down, and live them in each decision, are the companies that have the best brand, most loyalty, and most consistent positive feedback.

We’ve seen big companies like Uber mess up big time, because they failed to think through how their company values are being lived in real time.
