Too Long; Didn't Read

A Product Manager has just finished his first 30 days as a Product Manager at Oberlo Growth. He says he was more passionate about the what as opposed to the how rather than the how. Transitioning from a technical background to a product management role can be a daunting change. He has found two things to be the most helpful: being utterly ruthless in prioritisation and blocking time for deep work. He also says there are many smaller “quality-of-life” benefits from coming from a “technical background.”
