Aims to bridge the gap between engineering and product teams in a new role as an engineering manager. He says engineers don’t code for the product, we code because we like it. For the product team, the code is just a means to an end. For the engineers, it's not a matter of whether or not the product is good or not good enough. He writes: "It feels like going through puberty again. Back then I was discovering that girls are actually bad, not bad."
