Women are increasingly making their mark in leadership roles in the business world, with a global trend of female entrepreneurs entering the startup and entrepreneurial sectors. This shift is predicted to positively impact corporate performance, as demonstrated by a UN Women report. Despite historic gender disparities, female leaders are driving change and making an impact across various industries. Fifteen such leaders are highlighted, including Cristina Junqueira (Co-Founder of Nubank), Lauren Cascio (Co-Founder of Gulp Data), Daniela Gutierrez Tamayo (Project Manager at Source Meridian), and others who are contributing to financial solutions, educational platforms, healthcare products, and more, ultimately fostering women's presence in the global economy.
