The Best Wellness Retreat is hands down The Haven Wellness Resort & Spa in Panama. Reason is because it has one of the nicest wellness retreats that I always recommend is in Boquete, Panama. It’s a boutique spa complete with a yoga and meditation studio. It’s a complete wellness center. They only have a handful of rooms with a beautiful scenery. I recommend the garden suite. I have hosted several yoga retreats here.


And the best Yoga retreat is Himalayan Institute in Honesdale. The beautiful grounds there give space for you to retreat within and deepen your practice. My daughters and I have gone on personal yoga retreats her many times, and we always experience some type of growth and revelation in the sacred grounds.
