These are typically the tests that import Enzyme or Enzyme-specific methods (such as or ). shallow mount Begin by migrating a small subset of these tests to RTL. This might be a component or set of components that you’re already familiar with, or a section of the codebase that doesn’t have a lot of dependencies. As you migrate each test, pay attention to how the test is structured and how it interacts with the component being tested. Take note of any differences in how the new library handles things like querying for elements or simulating events. As you migrate more tests, you’ll start to get a better sense of how RTL differs from Enzyme. Take advantage of this learning opportunity to refactor your tests and improve their overall structure and readability. Repeat steps 2–4 until all of your tests are using the new library.
