However, as the SaaS industry is very competitive and becoming more so day by day, the most critical factor for a SaaS business is getting more customer efficiency.

When writing web or UX copies, focus on "you" more than 'me/us/we.' Using the "me, we, us' language alienates readers, while using "you," the product becomes about them. This is what your visitors will care about the most.
Anchoring your ideal package to a higher price tier. It is a classic sales technique, and copywriting is salesmanship on paper. List the premium option first (or highlight it). The next best option would be more reasonable when the eye goes to the first visible price. Example from @sprout social
Repeat your call to action if you have a long sales page. It is proven that adding a call to action throughout the page increases conversion.
Never substitute your real team member's photos with stock photos. People relate to people, and having a great team with a genuine love for work can push prospects to act.
If your product requires several setup steps, guide the users visually until they are all set. The progress bar is visually a powerful way to motivate people to get 100%
If you have a long-form, break it up into multiple steps. This decreases the perceived difficulty of filling out a form or the time it takes.
Don't use long paragraphs. Use bullet points, lists, and make it scannable and concise.
Create separate pages to reach unique audiences, segments, or use cases.
Try adding urgency to your CTA buttons. Examples - Start now, book a meeting today.
Keep form hierarchical and visually simple. Stick to one column or stick to 2 or 3 columns if you can prepopulate some of the fields.
Call attention to your most important points by bolding, using different colors, text, and highlighting them.
People can sense fake numbers. Use real numbers in your social proof. example - Don't use numbers like "over 10,000 subscribers," use "10345 subscribers."
If your product is priced annually, try replacing it with a lower monthly number (billed annually). Don't use $420/year; use $35/monthly (billed annually).
