Ever feel like you’re made of tissue paper while the world’s out here throwing bricks?
Yeah, same.
Being unf*ckwithable means those bricks bounce off you. Not because you’ve built walls around yourself, but because you’ve made your inner world so solid, so well-engineered, that nothing can shake it.
You’re not born that way. You build it. Brick by goddamn brick.
To get there, focus on what I like to call Foundations of Fortitude.
This is how strong your Foundations of Fortitude will be
They’re simple. They’re unbreakable. And they’re yours, no matter what the world throws at you.
Let’s get into it.
Love isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you generate.
And if you’re not giving it to yourself first, you’re gonna have a hard time getting it anywhere else. Self-love isn’t bubble baths and scented candles (unless that’s your thing). It’s giving yourself the basics you need to function like a human who doesn’t want to punch a wall every day.
Get 7+ hours of sleep. (Or enjoy becoming a goblin.)
Move your body regularly. (Sweat out the stress and self-loathing.)
Drink water. (No, coffee and whiskey don’t count.)
Cut out the energy vampires. (You know who they are.)
When you prioritize yourself, you always have love on tap. Even when the world’s serving you a steaming pile of garbage.
You don’t need a private jet or a stack of cash to experience beauty. Life’s already handing it out for free — if you bother to notice.
Stop. Look around. The world’s filled with moments that can punch you in the gut (in a good way).
Catch a sunrise or sunset. (It’s nature’s free therapy.)
Walk somewhere green. (Real trees. Real grass. Not just your houseplants.)
Stare at art. (In museums, on street corners, or that weird painting in your dentist’s office.)
Blast music that hits your soul. (Sad songs, hype songs — it’s all valid.)
These moments are the secret sauce. They remind you life isn’t just emails, bills, and existential dread.
It’s alive. And so are you.
If you’re not learning, you’re dying. Maybe not literally, but your brain is shriveling up like a neglected houseplant.
Learning isn’t just for school or people who read self-help books and say “rise and grind” unironically. It’s for anyone who wants to stay sharp enough to cut through life’s bullshit.
Make it a daily ritual:
Listen to a podcast or audiobook. (Turn your commute into a classroom.)
Treat everyone like they have something to teach you. (Even — especially — the assholes.)
Screw up and learn from it. (Mistakes are just lessons in disguise.)
You don’t have to learn fast. You just have to learn constantly.
When you wake up, ground yourself with these 3 pillars:
I’ll take care of myself today.
I’ll find something beautiful today.
I’ll learn something today.
Write them down. Whisper them to yourself. Scream them in the mirror. Whatever works.
Before you crash for the night, ask yourself:
How did I show up for myself today?
What beauty did I let in today?
What did I learn today (even if it was the hard way)?
Do this enough, and these practices won’t just be routines — they’ll be you. A you that’s solid. A you that’s unbreakable.
Look. The world isn’t going to stop throwing shit your way. People are going to be assholes. Plans will fall apart. Life will blindside you when you least expect it.
But if you build these Foundations of Fortitude, none of that will crack you.
You’ll be the person who walks through chaos with a smirk, shrugs off bullshit like it’s dust on your shoulder, and keeps going no matter what.
You’ll become your own fortress.
Untouchable.
Unf*ckwithable.
And honestly? That’s a damn good way to live. Trust be, I’ve been on both sides of the wall.
Until next time✌️
Ben.
