“It’s not in my budget.”

“It just costs too much.”

“Ehhh…I don’t know. That’s a lot of money.”

I hear this every single day.

The truth of the matter, however, is that if you want to grow your business, hell if you even want to maintain your current level of business, your marketing budget should be UNLIMITED.

You probably think I’ve lost at it this point, huh?

Au contraire, my friend. Au contraire.

You see, it’s simple math.

If your marketing delivers a positive ROI, meaning it generates more dolla dolla bills, than it costs, then you can keep doing it. You can do it over and over again. It pays for itself. Your marketing budget is UNLIMITED!

Here’s an example:

Let’s pretend you’re a real estate agent in Nashville, Tennessee. There are 5,000 individuals in Nashville who are recently engaged and have an income of $100k+. Wouldn’t you like to have that person as a client? Sure you would.

So, you run some targeted Facebook ads with a budget of $20.

A nice girl named Jenny sees your ad and calls you. She and her fiance, Jimmy, buy a house for $250k and use you as their agent! Well, hot dog! You just made a commission.

And, let’s say you get 1.5%. You just made $3,750 by spending $20.

That’s an ROI of 18650%!!!

Maybe you should do that again. And again. And again.

Why? Because you have an unlimited marketing budget, friend.

So, the next time your looking at marketing expenses, really dig deep into the numbers, the returns, the analytics of it all. It’s there that you find what really works and what allows you to create an unlimited marketing budget and unlimited growth potential for your business.
