The Internet is under 24/7 Big Brother’s eye and if you want to remain ‘private’, you have to cover the tracks. For chatting, we use messengers, for protection of our Internet connection - VPN, proxy, socks, and networks like TOR/I2P. Every messenger with at least a medium-sized user base isn’t secure and there is a lot of proof. The most use the VPN which logs each their step in the net.
