Too Long; Didn't Read

Cory Althoff is the author of “The Self-Taught Programmer” book and founder of the Coding List. He has worked as a software engineer at eBay, as well as several startups in Silicon Valley. The hardest thing for new Python programmers to learn is object-oriented programming. He recommends reading The Talent Code by Daniel Coyle if you are worried you aren’t naturally gifted enough to program. He also has a website that lets you filter over twenty thousand programming courses by price, reviews and subject.
