I recently discovered that you can earn the title of “Product of the Day” on Product Hunt with almost any product. I was able to achieve the #4 spot on Product Hunt’s list of products of the day with a Trello board. In this article, I would like to share some tips on how to succeed on Product Hunt and explain the reasoning behind my success. Overall, it was a fun and rewarding experience, and I recommend giving it a try if you have developed ANYTHING that could be useful to others. This article includes the following sections: Product Hunt 101: My PH launch guide and tips Launching a Trello board on Product Hunt I suggest reading both sections carefully because they contain a lot of my personal experiences and are interconnected. Product Hunt 101 First, let’s introduce Product Hunt and provide some tips on how to launch a product on the platform. Product Hunt is a website where makers and early adopters can discover and share new products daily. It features a variety of products, such as websites, apps, hardware, books, and more. Launching a product on Product Hunt can be a great way to receive valuable feedback, generate buzz, and attract new users. In order to launch a product on Product Hunt, makers must create an account and submit their product for a specific date ( *: you must be a member of the platform for at least 7 days before you can submit a product*). On the day of the launch, the product will be featured on the Product Hunt homepage and be visible to the community. note While it is not difficult to earn the title of “Product of the Day” on Product Hunt, there are certain guidelines you can follow to increase your chances of success. 1. Engage with the community at least a week before your launch This will help you gain followers and also give you an understanding of how Product Hunt works. I started engaging with the community one week before my launch. If you engage and write insightful comments on different product launches, particularly successful ones, people will begin to follow you. I gained an average of 5–8 followers in one day, which is an average of 35–50 followers per week. This is significant because these followers may be the first to upvote your product, helping to push it to the top. 2. Add your product to the “Coming soon” and “Building in progress” sections This is important because it allows you to stay visible to the community before your actual launch. People can subscribe to see your progress and receive notifications. This will help you gain more followers who may upvote your product during the launch. Here is an example of the “Building in Progress” section. As you can see, you can follow products that interest you. The coming soon section is similar, it allows you to follow and receive notifications of the products that are coming soon. It does not cost anything to add your product to these sections, but it can contribute to your product earning the title of “Product of the Day.” I recommend adding your product to the “Building in Progress” section while you are developing it, and planning your launch well in advance so that you can be featured in the “Coming Soon” section. How to add your product to Product Hunt “Building in progress” section? To add your product to the “Building in Progress” section of Product Hunt, follow this link and use the Ship guide (though I do not have access to Ship on my account). How to add your product to Product Hunt “Coming soon” section? To add your product to the “Coming Soon” section, simply follow the regular submission process and select a publication date. Your product should be featured in the “Coming Soon” section before your launch. Please note that it will be subject to moderation by Product Hunt before it appears in the section. 3. Post early, and get as many upvotes as possible early. Product Hunt’s new day begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST). It is important to try to get as many upvotes as possible during the first few minutes of the launch. Many successful products are launched at exactly 12:00 AM PST. There are several reasons why it is important to launch early. Firstly, the earlier a product is posted, the more time it has to accumulate upvotes. Upvotes are a crucial metric on Product Hunt as they help determine a product’s ranking on the site. The higher a product ranks, the more visibility it will have, which can lead to more traffic and potentially more users for the product. Furthermore, launching early can help establish a product as a “top pick” for the day, increasing its visibility on the site even further. 4. Contact people and ask them to follow your product before the launch. This is a trick that not many people utilize. A few days after I became active on Product Hunt, I received the following message on LinkedIn: The person asked me to follow their “Coming Soon” page. Currently, they have over 100 people subscribed to their notifications. This means that all of these people will receive notifications and may upvote the product at launch. This can be a powerful tool. I recommend using LinkedIn for cold outreach, as it is easy to find active Product Hunt users there. However, you can also use email outreach. 5. When you launch, post a link to your launch on social media This may seem obvious, but some people think that they need a large number of followers on social media accounts to reach a significant audience. This is not true! Here is a list of a FEW websites where you can post: Reddit Hackernews Indiehackers Medium Hackernoon :)) Twitter Linkedin Here is an example of a Reddit post I made that was seen by 40,000 people, even though I don’t have a huge following! Explaining strategies for all of these social networks would require additional articles (if you would like to see a post on this topic, please let me know in the comments!). However, the main tip here is that you should be familiar with each platform in order to understand how to effectively post on them. I have used each of the platforms listed above for a sufficient amount of time to understand their nuances and how to use them effectively. This allows me to easily let a large number of people know about my work with minimal effort. 6. Before you launch your main product, try launching something small first. This is my personal tip, and I have not seen it mentioned anywhere else. I did exactly this to get a better understanding of the platform and to minimize the chances of errors. It is important to have a successful launch on Product Hunt because it is a great place to get your first users. Therefore, it is advisable to launch something simple but useful first, such as a Trello board, a small proof-of-concept app, or a useful GitHub page. All of these can be successful on Product Hunt with the right marketing. By launching something small first, you will be better prepared for your main product launch and will have fewer chances of failure. By the way, my main product will be launching on Product Hunt soon, so :) stay tuned 7. Be active in the comments of your product and other products on your launch day. Why is this important? When you are active in the comments of your own product, people are more likely to engage in conversation, upvote your product if they have not done so already, and provide feedback. Even if people only respond with comments like “Great product!”, you can still try to reply and find out if your product would be useful to them and add value. On the other hand, if you engage with other products, people are more likely to visit your page, see your launch, and upvote. Every engagement matters if you want to be the “Product of the Day”! Do not ignore this advice. I have seen many launches where people replied to my comments hours after the comment was posted, which is not too bad, but you will stand out from the competition if you try your best to respond as quickly as possible. 8. Choose your launch date carefully. It matters! According to one : Product Hunt launch guide One strategy is to launch on the most competitive days, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, which guarantees more traffic and engagement from users. However, depending on your product, you may want to consider launching on the weekends, when there is less competition but also less traffic. While I do not have enough data to confirm that this is true (intuitively, it seems to be), I would like to emphasize the importance of considering what other products are launching at the same time as yours in the “Coming Soon” section. If you see a lot of great products launching at the same time as yours, your chances of reaching the top may be lower, so you may want to consider changing your launch date. To identify such products, you can look for the following: a large following or previous successful launches for the product a popular Product Hunt account for the person launching the product the presence of big corporations such as Loom or Google launching on Product Hunt (I do not recommend launching on the same day as these companies). Now that I have covered my main Product Hunt tips and tricks, let’s move on to my own launch! Launching a Trello board on Product Hunt Let me give you a brief overview of the product. It is a simple Trello board that lists ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, and MidJourney Prompts that people can use (if you are familiar with recent AI buzz, you should know what I am talking about). I spent about 3 hours creating the board on a weekend, and an additional 2 hours on design, marketing, and answering questions in the product discussion for the launch. I signed up for Product Hunt with the intention of launching a real product but decided to test the waters first with my board because: I thought it was something useful that people might like I wanted to understand how to launch a product and what benefits it brings I wanted to see how many Twitter followers I could get using this strategy :) I signed up for Product Hunt 7 days before the launch (you can’t launch earlier) and launched my Trello board on January 1, 2023 (Sunday). I didn’t have any initial followers, only around 20 subscribers on my PH account that I gained by commenting on other launches. At first, some products outpaced me by generating initial upvotes from their user base. But after 2–3 hours, my board stayed at position number 4 and remained there until the end of the Product Hunt day. I shared my Product Hunt link on Twitter, Linkedin, and Hackernews. I didn’t post to Reddit because I had already shared my Trello board there before the launch and didn’t want to bother the community again. I received a few likes on Twitter and Linkedin, but was unable to get any traction on Hackernews (I think they may be blocking Product Hunt links, so you may need to be creative and post the link to elsewhere). Here are screenshots of my posts: Here are some statistics from my PH launch: 196 upvotes 247 followers on the product page ~20 new Twitter Followers 26 comments I didn’t expect much from the launch but ended up in 4th place. Here is why I think it happened: Launching exactly at 0 am PST helped. If I had launched 30 minutes later, I may not have made it to the top. Posting on social media helped. I believe I received at least 5–10 upvotes from the social media posts I made. The day of the launch is important. On January 1st, the competition was not as fierce, so I was able to maintain a top position. Most importantly, the product itself was well-received. From the comments I saw, people found the product to be useful. If your product is not helpful, it will not be able to reach the top, even if you follow all of my advice. Design matters. Some people have great products but a poorly designed Product Hunt page. This is important. Before launching, I recommend showing your design to friends and colleagues to get feedback. You can also get inspiration from previous Product Hunt launches like I did. Why do people launch their products on Product Hunt and what benefits do they receive from being the “Product of the Day”? First and foremost, launching on Product Hunt allows you to get initial users for your product. Early adopters can provide valuable feedback and may even pay for your product. Some makers have reported that reaching the top spot as the “Product of the Day” can lead to around 10,000 people visiting your product page or website. This can be a significant increase in traffic. Additionally, being the “Product of the Day” will get your product featured in Product Hunt’s daily email campaign, which is sent to 500,000 followers. This can lead to even more traffic. You may also have the opportunity to become the “Product of the Week” and receive another traffic boost. Finally, Product Hunt pages tend to rank well in search engines. If you optimize your Product Hunt page with keywords, you may be able to rank highly in Google searches for a period of time. For example, my page ranked first for searches for “AI Prompts” and “ChatGPT prompts” for a couple of days. Overall, Product Hunt can provide a lot of value and requires relatively little time to launch, especially if you are already building something. Project Reporting Made Easy With Trello’s New Dashboard View

Launched in 2011, Trello boards were the first Kanban boards for many of us. Since its inception, Trello has come a long way. Or has it? Unlike many other tools, Trello hasn’t introduced any major new features likely to avoid unnecessary complexity. But we’ve written this article not to ponder over Trello’s product team’s thought process, but rather to give our two cents on the “new stuff” recently introduced to the app. The “new stuff” is, of course, the introduction of the premium app version in February 2021. ⚠️ Disclaimer: All of the remarks below are meant for educational and entertainment purposes only. Trello’s designers worked hard on the new features and did a killer job. However, we thought it would be fun to think of how to make a great product even greater. With that of the way, let’s dive in! On Trello’s illustrations Dogs are taking over the world Are you a cat person? Too bad. Cats are endangered species now. In products’ branding at least. While this is not a comment on Trello’s UX design, we couldn’t help but notice that so many brands develop dog-themed designs. To name a few: Taco from Trello, Luna from Loom, Dogecoins. Not that we have anything against dogs. It’s just a fascinating observation, that what was once a cat-dominated world of branding is slowly getting its share of dogs as well. Did you notice how all of the sudden all landing pages started looking pretty similar? We did too. Take a look at the two illustrations at the screenshot’s corners. Looks familiar? – Cause it is familiar. ident.. Maybe it’s just how people do illustrations these days. Also, is it just us, or do Trello’s illustrations actually look like stock images? We can’t be sure that they are, since we didn’t find the source. However, if an illustrator puts hard work into a design, the worst thing that can happen is for someone to assume that it’s a stock image. There’s something wrong with using stock images, it’s just that usually bigger apps want to stand-out with custom and authentic visuals. On Consistency Consistency is one of those design mantras we hear a lot. Rightfully so. Consistent designs are easier to remember for users and are easier to keep in order for designers. Keeping this in mind, let’s take a look at the following screenshot collage from Trello. Illustrations in multiple styles, minimalistic outlined icons, minimalistic filled icons, detailed icons, and images are all in one app. In our humble opinion, it’s a little much. We generally try to stick with a single design direction, that is defined with the help of a . style guide Another thing that we noticed is the inconsistent placement of the “add card” buttons. On the screenshot below, you can see the map and the timeline views side by side. Placement aside, there’s also a “+” on the left, and there’s none on the right. Visual consistency aside, there’s also a thing we’ve noticed with the task date usage pattern. Take a look at the gif below. Once you create a task and assign a deadline to it, you can view it in a calendar mode. Once the deadline is assigned, you can move the task around directly in the calendar mode. Pretty neat. And now, take a look at this gif 🔽 We’re in a timeline view now. We still can stretch the task in terms of its start date and the deadline. However, we no longer can move the task with our mouse or move it across the boards. Yes, instead of moving the whole task, you can move the start and end date, but that’s a whole extra click. No one has time for that :) On Accessibility Overall, we didn’t notice any major issues with the accessibility of the platform, except for one thing. Boards with backgrounds are not the easiest to read. On Feature Naming Similar features often have similar names. You have your standard “sign up”, “log in”, “create a task”, etc. These universal naming standards help users navigate apps easier since familiar product language taps into the mental models users already have. That said, Notion, Asana, and Monday.com have integrations and automation both in terms of the functionality and its naming. What about Trello? Well... Trello’s got Butler… and Power-ups. One might argue that such an approach goes against the principle of clarity in . UX writing Trello’s team included subtitles under the headers probably to tackle the said issue. Perhaps it’s one of the ways Trello's team wanted to differentiate themselves, but we personally would have stuck with easier names. On templates Upon creating a board from a template, the first thing that confused us was these users (see the arrow on the screenshot below). Are these people actual users or dummy accounts? Will they have access to my new board? Weird. On dashboards Having is a great idea. However, users might fail to find the card hidden below. We certainly did fail to find the tile as fast as we should have. dashboards Here’s another thing we notice with the dashboards. Take a look at the dashboard modal below. Notice how we move from an oversimplified look (the background) to these radio buttons on the third modal in the flow. These radio buttons don’t seem to fit in with the rest of the design. Intentional or not, it feels like the CSS is missing. The last improvement we would suggest is about creating previews for these charts. Here's how Google Data Studio does this. On Onboarding Although the app is seemingly simple, we thought we’ll share some thoughts on what we would consider improving. Take a look at the screenshot below. It’s a checklist you get, once you upgrade your account to business class. The checklist approach is alright, but we thought that the onboarding would be even better if the Trello team decided to take the learning-by-doing approach. So, instead of a checklist, the system could have helped users pick the power-ups they need and set them up, create boards, tasks, etc. Now the automation onboarding is even less interactive than the checklist above. We really wish the system helped us create the first automation, rather than just giving us a list of bullet points. Below, there's an illustration of the approach we think Trello should have taken. It's usually referred to as "learn-by-doing". It entails holding users' hands while they complete tasks that are essential to the product. Onboarding in UX On migrating from other tools Let’s assume that I want to move my team’s task management to Trello, from say... Asana. There’s no way to do it as of writing this article. Notion, for example, developed a way to easily transfer tasks from Evernote which undoubtedly helped some of the users to avoid the horrors of manual transfers. We would love to see Trello do the same with popular apps. To ensure that the maximum number of users who use competing apps will switch to Trello, you need to motivate users and make adopting Trello easy. Only then, the trigger of asking to switch will work. This is a concept known as The Fogg Behaviour Model. We go into more detail on that in this article on . You ever just have so much on your mind that you just can’t sit still? Or have so much to do that you can’t get started on anything? That’s how I was feeling when I finally broke down and started a Trello account. I’d been hearing about for quite some time now. How everyone is using it to get organized and become the most incredible version of themselves at work. But I just didn’t believe the hype. Trello I have several items that I already use to try to get and stay organized. I have an old school journal to keep track of my goals. I have countless notes on my phone to remind me of the day to day tasks that can slip through the cracks, and I use Google Docs to keep track of my ideas. Actually, I even wrote a program on that texts me 3 times a day with my short term, mid term, and long term objectives, as well as my affirmations. And for work, I have a long list of tools from to . So I thought to myself, what could Trello really do? How can it add value? Well, I found out. Twilio Hubspot Slack Trello is like a kids toy box where they just dump any and every toy and can come back and find it later. Trello lets me get all those dangling ideas out of my brain and into a catchment system. Doing that has greatly reduced my ansty feelings. That was just benefit number 1. Benefit number 2 is that I actually get more done. I went ahead and downloaded the desktop app, and now I keep it open all day and it just reminds me of the stuff I put down. And having that in front of me all day helps me either do it or delegate it. So, I can’t believe I’m saying this but thank you Trello.

Why I Started Using Trello, and What The Result Was

Since the start of the pandemic, the tech world has been scrambling to take formerly offline practices and processes online. Sometimes that has meant making better use of existing tools, like Slack. On other occasions, we’ve all been forced to find new ways to do things. But, let’s be honest. has never been a personal favorite of mine, and I know others agree. Other asynchronous communications tools are also a little lacking in that respect, whether it’s Discord or (shock horror) a WhatsApp group chat. And while Trello is a great tool, it can quickly become overwhelming. And let’s not talk too much about taking meetings online. Still, the security controversies and free-to-use limits of Zoom haven’t exactly made it the best video call buddy, despite its popularity. Slack’s implementation of threaded comments So what else is out there, and why should you be taking a look? 1. 3 Awesome Trello and Slack Alternatives Everyone Should Try

In I showed you why Personal Kanban is the perfect task tracking solution for me. In a side note I suggested to use post-its on a whiteboard to bring Personal Kanban to live. But is this really what we want? Don‘t we want to take our tasks with us in our pocket without carrying a pen around? And in the end we are hackers — that‘s why we read this publication. And so it‘s only a natural step for us to look for a digital solution. my first post Finding the right Tool There are quite a bunch of tools outside that claim to be Kanban solutions: , , and are just a few of them. Trello MeisterTask Zenkit JIRA Before picking a tool you should consider these points: Is modifying the boards and columns easy? You might adjust the board to your growing needs from time to time. And this should be a matter of seconds rather minutes. Is creating and editing cards easy? This is what you do permanently on a Kanban board. So it should not only be easy, but it should be really fun. Decide for yourself whether you need card labels, checklists, due dates, attachments and comments and check whether the tool supports you here. Are there unlimited archives available? See below what this is good for. What about the filtering and searching capabilities? Are there mobile apps available for your preferred platform and do the apps sync instantaneously? That’s crucial if you want to carry your board with you. You are a developer, so keyboard shortcuts might be your thing — at least they are for me. Does the tool feel snappy? You will really use it a lot, so it should be fun and don‘t stand in your way. From the above mentioned tools at least Trello ticks all the boxes. JIRA might look like a natural choice as many of you might already have it in your company, but it disqualifies itself as the application is too slow, creating cards feels to heavy and adjusting the board requires too much steps to feel lightweight (though this might change with ). the new Jira Trello served me well for the last four years. So the rest of this post will focus on using Trello to manage your tasks. I‘ve also checked out and , but there was always at least one bit missing like support for shortcuts or limited archiving capabilities. MeisterTask Zenkit Another issue is the pricing. A price of 10 bucks/user/month is okay if your company decides to choose the tool for the whole team. But for a tool I use on my own 120 bucks or more a year feels too much — especially as I prefer to pay tools for personal productivity on my own. Trello provides a middle course with their which provides larger card attachments (up to 250 MB instead) and up to three power-ups per board (see below). Trello Gold Plan Most of those companies would do themselves a favor if they would provide the full powered solution for up to three users or at least individuals for free or for a price similar to Trello’s Gold plan. Normally these people become the influencers who then introduce the payed solution for the whole team. Getting started I will give you a step-by-step introduction for how to use Trello as it should be mostly self-explanatory — instead I’ll just point you into the right directions to help you to get the most out of it. Setting up your first personal Kanban board with the structure described in should be a matter of seconds once you‘ve signed up for an account. not my first post Personal Kanban Board in Trello with empty columns Tips: You can drag and drop columns to rearrange them. You can double click the space between two columns to insert a new one. Creating Cards Once you have the columns set up you can start creating your first cards representing tasks. As you will notice it’s a breeze to create cards as you only need to type the title and hit . Afterwards you can immediately enter the next card. enter Our first cards Click on the card to view its details. Here you can enter a description and edit all of its attributes. Tips: You can create a bunch of cards in one step: Ensure that the titles of the cards you want to create are in your clipboard separated by line breaks (e.g. by copying them from an editor or from excel). Then simply paste it into a new card. As soon as you create it, Trello will create one card for each line. Once you’ve created a card you can edit its title without opening it by focusing it and hitting on your keyboard. e The description field and many other places in Trello like checklist items and comments support markdown syntax to format text. Make it your own Now you have a board with columns and cards. That’s the core of Personal Kanban, but it looks a bit boring. So start to make the board yours. At first you should set a background image that appeals you. You can do it from the menu which you can open with the according button on the right. Tips: You can always toggle the menu with the key. w Next you should add labels to your cards. I use labels to put my cards into categories like “Staff”, “Research”, “Development” and so on. This helps me to quickly find a matching task for the right mood. I ensure to put at least one label on each card as this gives a more homogenous look and I assign my labels different colors to easily identify them. Your final board might look like this Besides simple categorization I also have special labels like for example the „Strategic“ label and I ensure to work at least on one of them per week. This helps me to ensure that I don’t get lost in daily work but also keep the „big thing“ running. Tips: You can create, edit and delete labels from the board’s menu and also from the popup used to assign labels to a card. By default only colored bars are shown on cards. In Trello’s web application you can click on one of them and the names will be shown permanently for all labels. Before you create your own labels you should delete the existing ones as they mess up your list otherwise. You can add labels to a card immediately when creating them by typing the character when entering the title. # You can add and remove labels to and from a card without opening it by focusing it and hitting the key. l Checklists One of my favorite Trello feature are checklists. You can create as many of them as you like on each card and each checklist can have as many checklist items as required. For example if I create a card for writing a longer mail I use a checklist to capture the topics I need to cover in the mail. I checklists for complex recurring tasks like creating monthly reports or ending or starting a sprint. They help me to ensure that I don’t forget a thing of a complex process — exactly like a pilot uses his landing checklist to ensure that he pulls out the landing gear before dropping. love For recurring tasks the last item on my checklist is the reminder to copy the task to have a new instance for the next occurrence. A card with checklists Trello will display a small indicator on cards with checklists showing the total number and the number of checked items. The indicator turns green as soon as all items are checked. Due Dates Trello allows you to set due dates on tasks. As we no longer need these dates to control the visibility of tasks (like we did in checklists), we can instead use it to note due dates. So I only set due dates on cards where there really is a date at which the task has to be finished. As a result most of my tasks do have due dates. real not Trello provides notifications for cards which are due in 24 hours, but that isn’t very helpful, so I ignore it. But what I like is that the due date on a card becomes yellow 24 hours before it expires and red after it has expired. This provides a neat visual indicator which helps to identify due things. When you move a card with a due date to your „Done“-column you should tick the checkbox provided with the due date to mark the date green. Tips: You can add/edit a card’s date by focusing it and hitting the key. d Finding Stuff Trello provides two features to find cards: the board filter and the global search. The board filter is a great tool if your board contains a lot of cards and you want to find a specific one. You can activate it in the board’s menu and it will allow you to filter for title and/or meta data and will immediately narrow down the board to only matching cards. The global search box in Trello’s title bar in contrast searches over all your boards and even includes archived cards (see below). It provides special search syntax to narrow down the list of results. Tips: You can quickly activate filtering mode using the key. f You can clear an active filter using the key. x You can focus the search box hitting or + if you do not have a number block. / ⇧ 7 Documenting your Work What makes Trello powerful and better than any physical Kanban board is its capability to keep all your information . That’s because normally you do not cards in Trello (though you can if you want) but you only them instead. Archived cards disappear from the board, but they are still there. So by the end of the week I do not delete tasks, but instead I choose the „Archive all cards“ action from the menu of the „Done“ column. really forever delete archive Why is this helpful in personal Kanban? Do you also know the situation that someone asks you about something you’ve handled two months ago and you can remember you worked on it, but you cannot remember the — the decisions you’ve made? I had this quiet often and it drove me crazy. But I no longer have this problem (mostly) since using Trello, because besides being my task organizing tool it is also my work log — my outsourced long-term memory. that outcome But to make the archiving feature useful it is not enough to only have cards with titles, descriptions and meta data like dates. Things become really useful, if you also capture intermediate and final results on cards. To do this I use the comment feature. Though I’m working alone on my personal Kanban board I use comments really a lot. A card’s history including comments The following events are good triggers to add a comment to a card: When moving a card from the „In Progress“ column back to one of the scheduling columns it might be useful to comment why you’ve suspended the work. When moving a card to the „Waiting“ column it makes sense to comment for what or whom it is waiting. When resolving a card it may make sense to comment its outcome. How to access all this hidden knowledge when you need it? In the board’s menu in the „More“ section you’ll find the „Archived Elements“ action which shows you all archived elements and provides a search box. But I prefer to simply use the global search, as it not only searches active but also archived cards. Opening an archived card provides you all the information you’ve capture there plus the information when you moved the card between columns, when the card has been archived and in which list it was when you archived it. More There is even more about using Trello for personal Kanban. Here are just some teasers: Trello supports a broad range of power-ups. Most of them add integration with other tools (like Slack or Zendesk), but others add useful internal features. You can use one power-up in a free account and up to three in the gold account. My favorite power-up for personal Kanban is the „Card Repeater“. It allows you to set a repetition interval for a card. Once set, Trello will create a new instance of the card each time the interval has past. Trello provides integration with which opens up interesting new possibility. Same like the support of the brand new Siri shortcuts in iOS 12. IFTTT Trello’s mobile apps are superb. Conclusion Trello makes my working live so much easier. It not only helps me to organize my work using , but it also helps me to my work, so that I can easily dig out results from tasks which I’ve finished months ago. And all this works because using Trello is really fun.
