Hey Hackers,

Comments are one of our favorite ways of keeping in touch with you and seeing those user-on-user interactions always sweetens our day.

After having this feature around for over a year, we decided to take it further, allowing emoji reactions on comments, upvoting, and downvoting!

These features let you express yourself in a snappy and entertaining way. With emoji reactions, you can show how you really feel about someone else's words!

And the upvoting/downvoting? It's like a popularity contest where the best comments shine bright. It's all about keeping things democratic and ensuring the most valuable contributions get recognition.

What a way to improve your comment experience, right?!

But that's not all: now you can also add comments on any poll, which means you can now either rage against or celebrate the most voted option, exchange opinions with other community members, and have fun while doing it.

While you're at it, why don't you write about a poll? We bet you have some strong opinions on our weekly topics!

Did you know you can suggest your own poll? It's true! Just visit our contact form here, select “I want to Submit a Poll Suggestion,” start typing your idea, and hit submit!

After that, our editors will review it, and if there's no red flag - and by that, we mean as long as you don't violate our comment policy, of course - we'll publish it! So, why wait? Give it a whirl, and let your voice be heard loud and clear!

Do you have questions about our comment policy? Check it out here.
