Too Long; Didn't Read

Flipkart is India’s leading e-commerce platform offering a catalogue of more than 80 million products across 80 categories to more than 100 million customers. Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal met in 2005 at the same time as they were pursuing their B.Tech at IIT Delhi. The two decided to create a comparison-shopping website that would help users to compare prices of products across different websites and help them get the best value for their money. The duo was confident that being technology enthusiasts they could do it. They had decided to sell books on their platform as it was easy to list, ship and find vendors.
