Too Long; Didn't Read

The image processing library which stands for Open-Source Computer Vision Library was invented by intel in 1999 and written in C/C++. The library's function is to perform image processing jobs such as Resizing, Blurring, sharpening, transformations, etc. Images are classified into two types of Grayscale images. Images are different sizes with varied sizes with some are large and some are small, but we may need to resize an image either larger or smaller accordingly. Images can be resized using the method of shifting an image in the most recent version of the OpenCV library. Images in different color spaces are represented using different color combinations of the library.
