Diane Prince is a serial entrepreneur and business coach. She launched her first business in 1996, a recruitment startup, OnStaff. Just six years later the company was making an annual revenue of $50M. Her first business was a temp agency for dummies and she quit her job at the age of 26 to build a business. She says a business coach is almost like a business therapist to help founders get through the many stages of building a business, and help them get through that stage. She explains the difference between advising and mentoring.
