I Used GPT-3 to Build an App that Writes Stories for Children On Demand

Some of the content that this classifier is designed to flag includes hate, sexual, violence. If the user’s prompt includes any of this content, Storytime Sam will refuse to generate a story.

We add a custom insertString to make sure that GPT-3 is going to generate a children’s story. We also run every user prompt through a classifier to make sure that the prompt itself isn’t flagged as having content inappropriate for small children. That being said, we do recommend parent supervision while using the app with small children.
