Why Humans Are Drawn to Games

I really enjoyed this article and agree that you have to game your life.  It’s about making conscious decisions on the things you are doing -- just as you have to in a video game.  Have you read the fantastic book, Reality Is Broken: Why Games Make Us Better and How They Can Change the World, by Jane McGonigal (game designer)?  (<https://amzn.to/3UtioUi>) It talks about similar things and why people escape into gaming.  It starts out giving a history about people who played games to forget about the fact that they were starving.
