Nine months ago, I dived headfirst into the world of entrepreneurship. The last nine months could not have been more lonely. I felt broken and incomplete because of my perceived lack of progress. Most of the journey is lonesome and difficult, but you only feel that way 5% of the time. The most important lesson I learned is to be lean. Lean inherently means lonely. No one will be committed to your success than you will be dedicated to your business. When you first start your business, you’ll have to go at it alone.
