1. Hi Vinson! Thank you for joining us today. We're quite intrigued by this project and what you're building. Please share with us how you formed the idea. Hi, thanks for having me today. First of all, thanks for taking time out to do this segment with me. Getting into NFTs has been a fantastic journey for me so far. We have come a long way in the blockchain space, from flipping coins in 2017 ICOs to buying JPEGs in the NFT space. Hornicorn is a project that I value from the bottom of my heart. It is made to be the bridge between the real and digital world, leveraging my experience, assets and resources. I made this project a community-driven project, so everyone has an equal voice, with the guidance from my expertise... In addition, of course, will receive exclusive perks, which will be unveiled later in roadmap v2. Hornicorns 2. That's awesome, Vinson. I heard that you hold an NFT wallet of over 7 figures. Can you share your journey with us thus far? I started my NFT journey somewhere in October 2021. Contrary to many collectors, I leaped into the space with 100k USDT and began buying random projects. That was when I heard of blue-chip NFT projects like BAYC, Cryptopunks, etc. Seeing these projects and their hype made me realize the NFT scene is indeed growing. So, of course, almost immediately in December, I amassed over 200 NFTs valued at over 2milion. However, I feel that the fundamental value of an NFT is not just dollars and cents. Instead, it revolves around building a community, building a family, and understanding that NFTs aren't just JPEG/pixelated images. Hence, Hornicorn is currently being built. 3. Wow! That's a huge portfolio indeed. Can you share more about your background and the businesses you've owned? Sure. I was thankful enough to start my entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 23. I began exploring starting my own company and ultimately began by purchasing my first franchise from The Alley, a bubble tea brand from Taiwan. I brought it to Singapore, intending to expand up to 10 outlets. Within 2 years, I got a good offer from an interested buyer and sold it for a sweet 7 figures. Fast forward to 2020, I started my own VR arcade in 313@Somerset, Singapore, one of Singapore's most prestigious Shopping Malls. With a capacity to hold up to 250 people at 7,000 sq ft, it is one of the biggest VR arcades in Singapore so far. Our main core of business still lies in manufacturing. Other than the current entrepreneur start-ups, I am running a 2nd gen multi-billion dollar business in Indonesia specializing in adhesive tapes. Following our expansion into real estate in Singapore, I recently purchased a plot of land at Selegie Center at S$120 Million, set to be transformed into a 132-luxury boutique hotel valued at over S$200 million. Of course, some of the ideas behind the building of this hotel include benefits for the Hornicorns as well as empowering all NFT holders. 4.. The Metaverse industry has been the talk of the town for a while now... Considering this, how do you think emergent projects like Hornicorns can carve out a niche for themselves there? Metaverse is what we call virtual real estate, and I believe it is the bridge between the utility of our NFTs to be put into good use in the metaverse. Many industries are jumping into the metaverse, which I believe is for the sole purpose of empowering their businesses. Given that I am ultimately building something more significant, Hornicorns will definitely have exclusive rights to what I will be constructing. 3. Speaking of Hornicorns, please give us an insight into the backdrop and concept behind your cute Hornicorns? How does Hornicorn stand out from existing NFT titles? Hornicorn was made to be a meme NFT with the fundamental backing of my resources. I believe in fairy tales, and hence I would like to provide these unicorns to show the community that miracles do happen. These Hornicorns took us nearly 2 months to complete. Each unique unicorn is made specialized to represent the community we are building. 4. Walk us through the future of Hornicorns and how it will work in line with your existing business network. The future of Hornicorns lies in the . Essentially, most of the collaborations will come through me. Besides enjoying the warmth of a strong community, Hornicorn holders can look forward to exclusive deals and perks, for which we will partner with even bigger brands around the world in the near future. community 5.
