Moore’s original 1965 paper <a href="http://www.monolithic3d.com/uploads/6/0/5/5/6055488/gordon_moore_1965_article.pdf" target="_blank">Cramming more components onto integrated circuits</a> contained a number of incredible insights. One of them has been shorthanded into “computers get 2x faster every 2 years.”.
