Slash Payment Now Accepts Worldcoin (WLD) Payments

About Worldcoin × Slash Payment strategic partnership

Worldcoin aims to realize a future Universal Basic Income (UBI) by identifying individuals using the iris scanning device “Orb”’ and airdropping WLD tokens based on “World ID”. Slash Payment aims to become an infrastructure for people around the world participating in Worldcoin to make daily payments using WLD tokens, and supports the construction of a digital monetary system by popularizing cryptocurrency as a payment method.

In addition to supporting Optimism, we have developed WLD payment system. Based on our strategic partnership, we will continue to promote mutual collaboration around the world, including setting up Orb at stores that have introduced Slash Payment.

How to pay with Worldcoin (WLD) using Slash Payment

1. When you connect your wallet, the tokens you own will be displayed on the Slash Payment payment screen, so click on WLD.

2. The optimal rate will be displayed, so click “Pay”

3. Click “Confirm” and the payment will be completed in a few seconds.

How to send Worldcoin (WLD) to your wallet

You can use the World app’s Send function to send WLD to wallets such as Metamask.

Enter the amount in legal currency and confirm on the Confirm send page.
