GitHub product lead: I'm always thinking about ways to better support the open source community. GitHub's Community and Safety Product Manager: I'll be a gracious dinner party host to the open-source community. The goal isn’t just to empower maintainers to grow open source projects, but to empower contributors you trust to take on additional responsibility. The more sophisticated the project, the less likely it is that maintainers’ primary contribution is in the form of code. The more complex the project is, it's less likely maintainers' primary contribution will be in code than code.
