Too Long; Didn't Read

Last week <a href="https://twitter.com/nateberkopec" target="_blank"><strong>@</strong>nateberkopec</a> wrote <a href="https://www.speedshop.co/2017/07/11/is-ruby-too-slow-for-web-scale.html" target="_blank">“Is Ruby Too Slow For Web-Scale?”</a> which discusses the old rumor that <a href="https://hackernoon.com/tagged/rails" target="_blank">Rails</a> is too slow to be Web-Scale. Guess what!? It is not. Nate goes on in details why and the whole Rails-Bubble Twittersphere follows along. I agree with the general assumption but in my opinion it falls short of a couple of very important points (e.g. the price you have to pay. Literally!). I’d like to use this post to clear up some of the fog and to bring the whole Rails ecosystem against me.&nbsp;;-)
