Section 1. You Don’t Have Their Attention or Time on Your Website One of the things to really think about is who is usually the first step to getting in the door at a company, and that’s recruiters. While there are some truly amazing creative recruiters who can tell a good portfolio from a bad one, one of your strongest tools will be a version of your CV to get past the first gate.
