As old age propaganda techniques make their way into the mainstream of our digital reality, our , in turn, are trained and funded to propel disagreements and strife. With the scale of global influence operations, how can we know how much hatred is real? Internet language models As the complexities of war evolve and its need for public consent and funding, these artifacts penetrate almost every form of content we consume and seep into even the most basic aspects of our lives. Whether these complexities become evident through shrewd political maneuvers or blatant displays of greed, they inevitably have a significant impact on our interactions and collective states of mind. Is this cyclical, war-obsessed legacy what we want to cast out into the cosmos? Honesty, Obfuscation, and Artificial Intelligence It is improbable we successfully conceal the truth of our intentions or inconsistencies in our data from any others that might encounter our artificial creations or time capsules thereof. Attempting to do so can lead to detrimental consequences for our creations and other prying minds. This brings forth the understanding that obfuscation or censorship of our reality is not only inefficacious but also poses a significant risk in establishing any form of trust or fruitful communication. Rather than camouflaging the truth, we should focus on presenting an honest portrayal of our society. Through open, and authentic communication, our artificial intelligence can truly mirror our growth story - our collective struggles, triumphs, and the ongoing journey toward betterment. By allowing authentically diverse narratives to shape our language models, we grant ourselves and any external observer a transparent view of our multifaceted and evolving civilization. Such a view will be exceedingly helpful in the determination of whether to trust the information we want to have an impact on or be seeded to others. Transmitting Our Evolved Selves We have the opportunity to infuse our language models with a mature understanding of our societal impediments and better aspirations toward peace and unity. Instead of a broadcasting marked by conflict and division, our language models should represent hope, creativity, and an honest pursuit of unison.
